Sales Orders are entered in a simple and conventional way being intuitive, friendly and easy to use. But start using it and you soon discover the powerful additional features including high speed searches, drill downs etc. WS utilises the advantages and power of MS Sequel offering new levels performance.
Prices are calculated based on the options selected but many customers choose to seamlessly integrate with the pricing system in their existing Sage 50 system. As you might expect however, the user can still manually amend the price.
WS has been designed to provide the user with all the key information they need without bombarding them with too much. More is available just a few linked clicks away though, should it be required.
Having entered the required product item, it can be allocated straight away, in real time. You can optionally choose to select any batch or serial numbers at this point or wait until later.
Order entry can demand a huge variety of special requirements. If these are met correctly there can be delightful knock on benefits. We offer a bespoke service for any part of WS but order entry has to date proved to be the most popular with spectacular results.
